★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa mi sono recata presso il salone all’interno del centro commerciale di Montecatini per fare una manicure con smalto semi permanente; appena seduta ho notato che la postazione di lavoro era molto sporca, ma ormai decido di fermarmi ugualmente.
La ragazza che mi effettua la prestazione mi fa sanguinare due dita tagliando troppo le cuticole, lo smalto mi viene applicato in maniera grossolana lasciando un effetto irregolare ma il peggio è venuto nel momento della rimozione: unghie completamente rovinate, fresate troppo in profondità, deboli e completamente danneggiate.
Ho scritto una mail al centro senza nemmeno ricevere una risposta di cortesia.
Io lo sconsiglio vivamente
A few days ago I went to the salon inside the Montecatini shopping center to do a manicure with semi-permanent nail polish; as soon as I sat down I noticed that the workstation was very dirty, but now I decide to stop anyway.
The girl who performs the performance makes me bleed two fingers by cutting the cuticles too much, the polish is applied to me in a rough way leaving an irregular effect but the worst came in the moment of removal: completely damaged nails, milled too deep, weak and completely damaged.
I wrote an email to the center without even receiving a courtesy reply.
I strongly advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto delusa dalle nuove assunzioni...sono uscita dopo colore con tutta la pelle macchiata...ed una piega da paura....uscita da li sono andata a casa a lavarmi di nuovo o capelli neppure offerta una rivista durante il servizio e l attesa di 40 minuti , la signorina si aggirava in negozio sbattendo le ciabatte e con la bocca piena...
Somo stata molte altre volte li ed il personale è sempre stato molto carino, professionale nelle consulenze, efficiente, ma soprattutto sono sempre uscita con bei capelli....fino ad oggi

Somo has been there many times and the staff has always been very nice, professional in consultancy, efficient, but above all I have always come out with beautiful hair .... until today
