Se avessi fatto da sola sarebbero venuti meglio. Bad experience..I go back I wouldn't go into the center. I asked for a climb but my hair became a mass of sharp, crooked cuts. If I had done it alone they would have come better.

Appena sono entrata ho fatto la mia richiesta ma credo che il parrucchiere stesse pensando alle pecore in quanto il taglio è stato completamente diverso e SBAGLIATO. Se volete ancora guardarvi allo specchio non entrate in questo centro. Sto piangendo da una settimana. DISGUST!!!!!! I HATE MY HAIR! T	Teresa Mancuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, da non ripetere mai più, da sola avrei fatto molto meglio, avevo chiesto semplicemente delle meches e un taglio scalato, e mi ritrovo invece un taglio da schifo, tutto pari, e un colore rame, non esiste per niente professionalità ed educazione, non fatevi incantare dalle loro false parole dolci, vi assicuro che quando si arrabbiano diventano dei demoni, io gli ho solo fatto notare il loro sbaglio e si sono messe ad urlare come pazze, mai successa una cosa del genere nella mia vita. Sono dei maccellai di teste , non andateci se non volete delle grandi delusioni, io tra poco tornavo senza capelli a casa, poi si aspetta con i capelli bagnati tantissimo per l'asciugatura e non hanno neppure asciugamani . Io non guadagno nulla a fare questa recensione negativa , ma può servire a voi per non rovinarvi i vostri capelli... credetemi, meglio spendere qualcosa in più che rovinarsi i capelli.. io non metterò più piede da loro. Vergognatevi di come lavorate e trattate i clienti.. VERGOGNA. Il parrucchiere senza rispetto né della prenotazione né di un anziano ha risposto con "qui comando io l'ordine dei clienti". Dopo una discussione tra i due, il parrucchiere ha fatto sedere mio nonno e ha iniziato a SFREGIARGLI i capelli. Taglio veloce, impreciso, superficiale, aggressivo e decisamente sbrigativo. Allego foto del disastro che gli ha lasciato in testa, nonostante avesse usato una semplice macchinetta. Più che tagliare i capelli sembra che il parrucchiere abbia scavato in testa al cliente, dati i buchi che presentano i suoi capelli. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa, una parrucchiera,continuando a lavorare mi chiede perché fossi lì. Ore 1020 mi indicano di andare in fondo al salone. Ore 1040 ancora in attesa. Ore 1100 ancora in attesa.
