 Today I had my hair cut and both the owner and the employee are very professional and courteous and the hairdresser Serena really made me a beautiful cut as I wanted ... good everyone ... I will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto e fatto SOLO un taglio di capelli, da listino 29€. Mi sono fatta asciugare i capelli senza piega, consapevolmente.
Vado alla cassa e mi vengono addebitati 29€ di taglio (giusti) più, e sottolineo PIÙ, 25€ di SHAMPOO.
Sul vostro listino qui su Google è scritto che uno "shampoo specifico" costa 5€ e una maschera ne costa 6. Non ho richiesto né ricevuto alcuno di questi due servizi, solamente il lavaggio abituale per poter tagliare i capelli.
Ho speso 54€ per un taglio di capelli.
Estremamente delusa.
Il taglio mi soddisfa e il servizio è stato cortese, per questo do una stella, ma questo scontrino è ingiustificato.
I asked for and made ONLY a haircut, from the price list € 29. I knowingly let my hair dry without a crease.
I go to the cashier and I am charged 29 € cut (right) plus, and I emphasize PLUS, 25 € of SHAMPOO.
On your list here on Google it is written that a "specific shampoo" costs € 5 and a mask costs € 6. I have neither requested nor received any of these two services, only the usual washing in order to cut my hair.
I spent € 54 for a haircut.
Extremely disappointed.
The cut satisfies me and the service was courteous, for this I give a star, but this receipt is unjustified.
