★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riportato indietro in GARANZIA collana in caucciù con attacco in oro che si è solo scollata dopo 5 mesi ,naturalmente non ho nessuna fretta per la sistemazione ma mi dicono di portarla a settembre invece che fine agosto,gli spiego che ho fatto un 'ora di strada per portarla poiché è un regalo di mia moglie ma niente da fare,non possono ritirarla prima perché han paura di perderla.......

 Brought back in the WARRANTY rubber necklace with gold attachment that only came unglued after 5 months, of course I am in no hurry for the arrangement but they tell me to wear it in September instead of the end of August, I explain to them that I have traveled an hour to bring it as it is a gift from my wife but nothing to do, they cannot collect it sooner because they are afraid of losing it .......
I'm speechless,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giovedi 11 febbraio pomeriggio sono andata in questa gioielleria per acquistare un clip Pandora, una delle commesse addetta a questo marchio è stata molto scortese e maleducata . La commessa non e’ stata curante della mia richiesta , a tal punto che sonó stata obbligata ad andarmene, prima di farlo ho detto alla commessa “no sei proprio gentile “ e lei ridendo mi ha detto “ non fa niente signora “. Mi chiedo se il propietario del negozio in tempo di crisi con gli orari di apertura molto limitanti dovuti alla pandemia sarebbe stato soddisfatto del trattamento a me riservato come cliente ... perdendo una vendita!
Thursday 11th February afternoon I went to this jewelry store to buy a Pandora clip, one of the shop assistants for this brand was very rude and rude. The saleswoman did not take care of my request, to the point that I was forced to leave, before doing so I said to the saleswoman "no, you're really nice" and she laughed and said "that's okay, lady". I wonder if the owner of the shop in times of crisis with the very limited opening hours due to the pandemic would have been satisfied with the treatment reserved for me as a customer ... losing a sale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente ridicoli. Ho portato un anello da cambiare perché troppo grande il 28 di dicembre. Mi hanno avvisato che causa feste di Natale gli ordini sarebbero partiti il 10 di gennaio e che ci sarebbero volute 3 settimane. Ad oggi che è passato più di un mese l’anello non è arrivato e ogni volta che telefono la risposta è sempre la stessa “è in consegna”. Super sconsigliato non acquistate in questo negozio. Costretta a mettere una stellina per recensione ma non ne avrei messa neanche una. E grazie ma la risposta “ritardi causa covid” ormai è diventata una scusante.
Simply ridiculous. I brought a ring to change because it was too big on December 28th. They warned me that due to Christmas holidays, orders would be shipped on January 10th and that it would take 3 weeks. To date, more than a month has passed, the ring has not arrived and every time I call the answer is always the same "it is delivered". Super discouraged do not buy in this shop. Forced to put a star for review but I would not have put even one. And thank you but the answer "delays causa covid" has now become an excuse.

Mai successa una cosa così..ad ogni modo ritorno oggi con la garanzia è una commessa mi spiega che le maglie del bracciale possono essere tolte autonomamente,senza dover inviare il braccialetto in assistenza. Dirmelo prima senza farmi tornare 2 volte??interessante come chi ci lavora conosca i prodotti che vende!
