s	simone guarnieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella ma se potessi toglierei anche quella, oggi mi sono recato per cambiare una batteria di orologio acquistato tra febbraio e Aprile e la commessa già scocciata per il telefono che suonava mi guarda dicendomi che non è in grado di effettuare la sostituzione e se voglio devo ripassare,alche scocciato le faccio soltanto notare che una batteria normalmente non dura un paio di mesi e a questo punto mi si mette a tu per tu facendo mi i conti dei mesi, mi giro e me ne vado al negozio Franco gioielli dove trovo una ragazza educata solare che mi dice guardi signore facciamo parte dello stesso gruppo e le posso dire che la batteria va sostituita nel centro assistenza perché altrimenti rischierebbe di perdere l'impermeabilità visto che l'orologio può andare fino a 10 ATM. Morale della favola la differenza la fanno le persone.......e soprattutto la preparazione fatta per l'attività da svolgere. Provvisoriamente, vista la necessità presentata era stato dato un anello più grande rimanendo però d'accordo che poi saremmo tornati per la misura corretta. L'anello è veramente bellissimo, semplice ma che risalta allo stesso momento. Do 4 stelle anziché 5 soltanto perché per la sostituzione dell'anello (da rifare in laboratorio su misura e poi restituire quello provvisorio alla consegna) ci sono stati dei disguidi che mi hanno creato un po' di problemi organizzativi. Ho telefonato più di qualche volta infatti per sapere a che punto fosse il mio anello e la ragazza che mi ha risposto è sempre stata molto gentile, appena ricevuto il mio anello ha subito provveduto a chiamarmi. Altrettanto gentile poi, quando alla consegna, le ho chiesto di non vedere il costo dell'anello e ha provveduto subito a "nascondere " lo scontrino che per forza doveva rilasciarmi, in una piccola bustina in cartoncino "stroili" I received a solitaire ring from this shop.
