β β β β β I came to Florence to study and stopped by Sabrina's Hair to make an appointment to get my hair washed and blow dried. When I first went to make an appointment, they were very welcoming and told us we will get a student discount. The day of our appointment, they were still very welcoming until it was time to do our hair. The guy who works there washed my hair nicely but did not blow dry or flat iron my hair goo at all. I left with my hair very puffy and dissatisfied. During the experience I was feeling very uncomfortable and felt annoyed. I tried telling Sabrina that my hair does not look good and she flat ironed it very aggressively. When they charged us they overcharged us because ''we have a lot of hair''. Terrible experience, my hair looks as If i got struck by lightening.
