Super consigliato I was recommended by the hotel and I was very happy with it. I did a simple blow-dry and hair treatment. Very good and competent. Super recommended

Ho atteso ancora. Una signorina ha tolto l'asciugamano alla signora e lo ha portato al ragazzo. Il ragazzo lo ha sbattutto e voleva mettermelo al collo, mi sono alzato dicendo no grazie. Ho chiesto di togliere la prenotazione , credo la responsabile mi ha chiesto per quale motivo. Ho spiegato l'accaduto. Incompetenti, mai dare un asciugamano usato ad un altro cliente, soprattutto in emergenza covid. Mi ripeto incompetenti! Su che mondo vivete. Waited for the wash because there were no towels, then the boy left me with my neck hanging from the sink to wash the hair of an elderly lady. I have waited some more. A young lady took the towel off the lady and brought it to the boy. The boy smashed it and wanted to put it around my neck, I got up saying no thanks. I asked to cancel the reservation, I think the manager asked me why. I explained what happened. Incompetent, never give a used towel to another customer, especially in a covid emergency. I repeat myself incompetent! What world do you live on.

Io personalmente mi faccio seguire da Albin, specializzato in tagli uomo. In continua formazione e sempre aggiornato su trend e prodotti. Hanno da poco aperto la spa , penso l’unica a Venezia, ed è veramente completa e fatta bene Best hairdressing service in Venice. Always available, always polite. Professional yet familiar atmosphere. Personally, I am followed by Albin, who specializes in men's cuts. In continuous training and always updated on trends and products. They have recently opened the spa, I think the only one in Venice, and it is truly complete and well done

The hair dresser was extremely rushed (so rushed it looked like it could have been a comedic play). She spent less than 5 minutes to trim my hair and put very little care or effort to make sure it was well done. In addition, she was very rough. When she brushed my hair she brushed really hard from the top down and broke lots of hair. She also burned my neck with the steaming hot hair dryer, multiple times. When I went to pay they overcharged me an extra 35 euros from what I committed to, which was only 25 euros for a hair cut. They claimed the 35 euros was for the 5 minute blow dry, which I think anyone would consider absolutely crazy!?! I usually tip generously and leave a five star review as I respect the hair profession as an art form, and only get a hair cut once a year, but not in this case. I do not recommend.
