Mi è stato riaposto malemente che non vengono fornite informazioni sui prezzi per telefono (cosa che posso anche comprendere) ma senza darmi modo di chiedere altre informazioni o prendere un appuntamento mi è stato attaccato il telefono in faccia. Complimenti per la professionalità. I was planning on making an appointment to cut my hair. I called to fix and ask for pricing information. I was badly told that no price information is provided by phone (which I can also understand) but without giving me the opportunity to ask for more information or to make an appointment I was stuck on the phone in the face. Congratulations on your professionalism.
