I capelli me li hanno fatto benissimo rispetto a quello che avevo chiesto. Forse ho da ridere un po' sul reparto di estetista. La prima volta avevo chiesto di fare una pulizia viso e non è stato finito da farmi ritornare di nuovo dopo 2 settimane. IIl prezzo me l'hanno pure aumentato di 10 euro dicendo che era scontato. Avevo visto la lista dei prezzi e tutto e dovevo pagare una cifra minore rispetto a quella data. Poi la seconda volta che sono ritornata avevo chiesto di fare le sopracciglia ed è stato un disastro. Una sopracciglia è diversa dall'altra perché mi hanno tolto dei peletti alla fine del sopracciglio che dovevano stare lì. Ora sembra che ho un sopracciglio più lungo rispetto all'altro. Boh non so cos'altro dire. Ritornerò sicuramente dal parrucchiere ma non dall'estetista
The staff really kind, helpful and patient. In my opinion about the hairdressing department is well arranged. The hair did it great for me compared to what I asked for. Maybe I have a little laugh about the beautician department. The first time I had asked for a facial cleansing and it wasn't finished making me come back again after 2 weeks. They even increased the price by 10 euros, saying it was discounted. I had seen the price list and all and had to pay less than that date. Then the second time I came back I asked to have the eyebrows done and it was a disaster. One eyebrow is different from the other because they removed some hairs at the end of the eyebrow that should have been there. Now it looks like I have one eyebrow longer than the other. I don't know what else to say. I will definitely go back to the hairdresser but not the beautician
