★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La biblioteca fa schifo. Quando iniziano gli esami per noi studenti universitari scattano gli orari estivi, ossia non è quasi mai aperta. In segreteria ci sono tre persone. Inutile dire che non lavora nessuno dei tre. Ma sono statali a loro tutto é permesso e infatti stanno su Facebook invece di lavorare. Il WiFi non funziona da 4 anni. Siete una vergogna.
The library sucks. When the exams begin for us, university students take the summer hours, which is almost never open. There are three people in the secretariat. Needless to say, none of the three work. But they are state owned by them, everything is allowed and in fact they are on Facebook instead of working. WiFi hasn't worked in 4 years. You are a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli impiegati dell'ufficio TARI sono veramente terribili. Sgarbati come non se ne sono mai visti, danno le informazioni con il contagocce minacciando di continuo l'utente di cacciarlo dall'ufficio se prova a protestare o a capire come comportarsi. L'ultima volta ho pregato l'impiegato "responsabile" di dirmi quanto dovevo pagare di arretrato, mi ha negato questa informazione "per questioni di privacy", salvo poi mandarmi mesi dopo una raccomandata incomprensibile, con sanzioni. Qui si parla come minimo di abuso di potere. Sembra che si divertano a vessare il cittadino! Perché? Fate qualcosa! Sostituite questi impiegati o fategli fare un corso di comportamento con il pubblico!
The employees of the TARI office are truly terrible. As rude as they have ever seen, they give information with a dropper, constantly threatening the user to kick him out of the office if he tries to protest or figure out what to do. The last time I asked the "responsible" employee to tell me how much I had to pay back, he denied me this information "for privacy reasons", only to send me months later an incomprehensible registered letter, with penalties. Here we speak at least of the abuse of power. They seem to enjoy harassing the citizen! Because? Do something! Replace these employees or have them take a behavior course with the public!
