★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angolo di verde dove poter passeggiare e perché no, anche sedersi su una panchina e leggere un buon libro. La chiesa minuta ma molto carina, viene addobbata con luci appariscenti e colorate nel periodo natalizio.
Green corner where you can walk and why not, even sit on a bench and read a good book. The tiny but very pretty church is decorated with flashy and colored lights during the Christmas period.

Il progetto vincente, presentato con apprezzabile professionalità, passò alla fase esecutiva con qualche modifica nella copertura (1994). L'aula è dilatata in larghezza e come nell'esempio di Michelucci, nella chiesa del Sacro Cuore Immacolato di Maria a Pistoia (1960), per farne una "piazza coperta [...] che evochi la città, l'unione, lo stare insieme"; ed ancora, il soffitto, in legno lamellare, richiama la tenda-santuario ebraica. Curata nelle finiture e di volumetria complessa, ha forse, l'unica carenza nella presenza simultanea d'opere d'arte svariate: spicca il bellissimo crocifisso ligneo del XVI secolo, "recuperato" da un edificio di culto abbandonato.
A competition of ideas was launched for the construction of a new and large structure, less than ten architectural firms participated (1989). The winning project, presented with appreciable professionalism, went to the executive phase with some changes in coverage (1994). The classroom is enlarged in width and as in Michelucci's example, in the church of the Sacred Heart of Mary in Pistoia (1960), to make it a "covered square [...] that evokes the city, the union, the stay together"; and again, the ceiling, in laminated wood, recalls the Jewish tent-sanctuary. Cared for in the finishes and with complex volumes, it has perhaps the only shortcoming in the simultaneous presence of various works of art: the beautiful wooden crucifix of the sixteenth century stands out, "recovered" from an abandoned cult building.
