★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola chiesa, già documentata nel tredicesimo secolo, con affreschi del 1514 di Antonio De Sacchis detto il Pordenone. All'interno un interessante fonte battesimale. All'esterno contiguo alla chiesetta un piccolo cimitero, come esistevano diversi anni fa. Si entra da un porta laterale, l'ingresso principale solitamente è chiuso. Merita una visita.
Small church, already documented in the thirteenth century, with frescoes from 1514 by Antonio De Sacchis called il Pordenone. Inside an interesting baptismal font. Outside a small cemetery adjacent to the church, as they existed several years ago. You enter through a side door, the main entrance is usually closed. Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pochi passi dalla città , in Frazione Villanova si trova questa bellissima chiesetta risalente al 1200 dipinta ad affresco da Giovanni Antonio de' Sacchis, detto il Pordenone. Gli affreschi riguardano le pareti ed il soffitto del coro e sono ben conservati. La chiesa è piccolina ubicata vicino al piccolo cimitero, immersa nel verde , ha un buon parcheggio ed un' area / parco adiacente con giochi attrezzata per bambini . La zona è tranquilla e la strada poco trafficata , la Parrocchia di Sant'Ulderico è una meta piacevole anche per chi semplicemente vuole poter apprezzare le opere d'arte di immenso valore all'interno custodite.
A few steps from the city, in Villanova hamlet there is this beautiful church dating back to 1200 painted in fresco by Giovanni Antonio de 'Sacchis, called the Pordenone. The frescoes cover the walls and ceiling of the choir and are well preserved. The church is small located near the small cemetery, surrounded by greenery, has a good parking area and an adjacent area / park with games for children. The area is quiet and the road with little traffic, the Parish of Sant'Ulderico is a pleasant destination even for those who simply want to be able to appreciate the works of art of immense value kept inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta affascinata da questa piccola chiesa e da tutto il suo contesto, ha una storia antica risalente al XIII secolo,solo alla metà del 1500 fu eletta a parrocchia, fino ad allora era dipendente del Duomo di San Marco. L'interno é affrescato con dipinti del Pordenone(Giovanni Antonio de Sacchis) Adiacente c'è il cimitero sorto sulla donazione del terreno da Wecello Scrofenstain nel 1292. Nel giardino ben curato trova posto un museo a cielo aperto dedicato ai caduti delle guerre, e una statua in bronzo del beato Odorico Matiussi da Pordenone. Nelle vicinanze un parco giochi per bambini e un capiente parcheggio.
I was fascinated by this small church and its whole context, it has an ancient history dating back to the thirteenth century, only in the mid-1500s it was elected a parish, until then it was dependent on the Cathedral of San Marco. The interior is frescoed with paintings by Pordenone (Giovanni Antonio de Sacchis) Adjacent there is the cemetery built on the donation of the land by Wecello Scrofenstain in 1292. In the well-kept garden there is an open-air museum dedicated to the fallen of wars, and a bronze statue of Blessed Odorico Matiussi from Pordenone. Nearby there is a playground for children and a large parking lot.
