La facciata esterna in muratura è caratterizzata dai pilastri in pietra lavica nera. La chiesa si trova nella omonima Piazza Sant'Agostino. Sul sul lato destro si sviluppa l'ex convento e nelle estremità sinistra vi è il campanile. Assolutamente da visitare perché al suo interno vi sono altri quadri tra cui un San Nicolò eremita. Annunziata, conserva la cappella con il bell'altare dell'effigie della Madonna del Buon Consiglio. Recentemente per lavori di restauro sono stati ritrovati e portati alla luce antichi stucchi e decorazioni. La parrocchia è molto attiva grazie alla guida dei suoi sacerdoti.
