Ha subito modifiche nel corso dei secoli conservando per lo più la struttura settecentesca. All'interno di notevole interesse la scultura lignea settecentesca del Santo protettore, opera interessantissima di una bottega napoletana. Scarsa la possibilità di parcheggio. Apertura giornaliera come da tabella celebrazioni.
Ancient chapel built in the 16th century as an ex voto of the inhabitants of the ancient University of Ponticello. It has undergone changes over the centuries, keeping mostly the eighteenth-century structure. Inside, the eighteenth-century wooden sculpture of the patron saint, a very interesting work of a Neapolitan workshop, is of considerable interest. The possibility of parking is scarce.
