I booked this parking for December 8th from 3pm. Arriving on time, the car park was closed. So I had to quickly find another one in order not to miss a play. However, the money was still withdrawn from my credit card.

She kindly asks me the reasons for the discontent, I would have liked to avoid this embarrassment and to further damage it, but if you believe that my experience could be useful to the reader, I share it. Upon collection, I find my car parked along the road in front of a gate, with a scratch (it is a rental car and any imperfections had been assessed at the time of the contract) in the side of the carriageway. Upon having seen the damage, the person in charge, rather rudely, insinuates that the damage had already existed before and that if a car is delivered in perfect condition, it must be reported to the owner (as if to suggest a tacit contract that exempts the operators of the parking to liability for damage to machines with previous imperfections). Further pointing out that the car was unattended, on a public road and in front of a driveway, the attendant hastened to say, lying, that "he was looking at it so much" (at the moment of our arrival I personally went to call him inside the office). The confrontation ended by telling us that we would have to wait for hours for the owner of the parking lot or that otherwise he would have reported, checked the video of the cameras (which obviously cannot give us the images of the car parked on the opposite side of the parking lot and about 50 meters away) and call back in the evening to update us on what to do. Two days after the incident, not even a phone call.

This parking is expensive (5€ per hour), but it's located ideally to reach some of the most important places in the center of Rome within a reasonable walking distance - like Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia, and even the complex Colosseo / Forum Romanum / Circus Maximus. You have to leave the keys there, so the staff can relocate the car when needed.

We payed for parking in the garage. They parked our car in the garage and then they parked out on the road….we payed 5 euro/ hour….if we would park on the road that would be 1.20 €… I can’t recommend.
