★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees don't speak a word of English, making it near impossible to have a basic understanding, like how long you're leaving your car. My own experience was made even worse, when on a Sunday noon I had to take my rental car to drive to Rome for a concert I had bought tickets for months in advance. Yet when I arrived at the parking station, no one was there, even though it's supposed to be open 24 hours a day. Turns out it's closed on Sunday noon, but no one told me or even bothered to have a sign outside mentioning it. Needless to say, I missed the concert and lost the money on the ticket.
Long story short, use the parking if you have to, but don't expect much in the way of actual service.
