Die Abwicklung vor Ort funktioniert perfekt: Man zeigt seine Reservierung und gibt das Auto (direkt auf der Rampe in das Parkhaus) inkl. Schlüssel ab. Dafür gibt es die Abholquittung, mit der uns das Fahrzeug am nächsten Morgen innerhalb vom 10 min wieder zur Abfahrt bereitgestellt wurde. Grazie! We had booked and paid online in advance (thus accepting the price offered). The on-site processing works perfectly: You show your reservation and hand in the car (directly on the ramp in the parking garage) including the key. For this there is the pick-up receipt, with which the vehicle was ready for us to leave the next morning within 10 minutes. Grace!

Non va bene.... I am shocked, I had dinner in an excellent restaurant and I spent less than this parking ... I understand the 6 € per hour, but the same for 10 minutes, no !!! That's no good....

Vergogna! Absolutely to be avoided! In just two hours of parking, two damages to the car. The second scratch also covered with grease so I wouldn't notice. Shame!
