A	Alessandro Valentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo lasciato la macchina per 21 giorni, Renault (2 anni), pur sapendo del nostro arrivo all'aeroporto alle ore 8.00 si sono fatti attendere, dopo varie telefonate scopriamo che la macchina non parte più, attendiamo per circa un'ora In piedi sotto il ponte Fineco con tutte le valigie e la stanchezza di chi ha appena fatto più di 20 ore di viaggio. Dopo vari solleciti viene a prenderci un giovane con una audi, troppo piccola per 4 persone più i bagagli, arrivati sul posto, lascia la macchina con cui ci ha portato con sportello aperto e motore acceso e sparisce per 10-15 minuti, torna con un collega molto più cordiale e gentile il quale finalmente riesce a farci ripartire la macchina. Una volta andato torna il giovane il quale chiede il pagamento, dopo averci causato un danno neanche uno sconto... oltre ad aver definito la Renault una macchina di "mer..." e sottointendendo la nostra stupidità nel comprare una Renault 2 anni fa... Trovo vergognoso l'atteggiamento del giovane. V	V P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa dal servizio che riconsegna l'auto CON SERBATOIO VUOTO. L'auto segnava due tacche di benzina e alla riconsegna dell'auto mi rimanevano solo 3km di autonomia. Il personale si giustifica dicendo che l'auto era stata parcheggiata a 12km di distanza e che questo aveva comportato il consumo del carburante a disposizione. Volendo tralasciare il fatto che la posizione del parcheggio a 12km di distanza da Fco non fosse riportata da nessuna parte, trovo molto grave che il personale non abbia provveduto al rifornimento carburante sapendo di averlo consumato tutto e che non avrei potuto viaggiare con così poca autonomia. Il rifornimento carburante è tra i servizi extra che il cliente può richiedere al momento dell'acquisto dell'offerta o della consegna dell'auto ; persone serie e responsabili mi avrebbero informata della situazione e proposto di rifornire il serbatoio in previsione del mio rientro. Mi sono trovata benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista e sicuramente al prossimo viaggio saprò a chi rivolgermi per lasciare la mia auto in mani sicure. Complimenti a tutto lo staff! Bravi ? Segnalato subito a chi mi ha riportato l'auto e poi anche al titolare. Mi è stato detto che alla consegna iniziale dovevo chiedere io che mi redigessero un verbale dello stato della carrozzeria, carburante, km percorsi, e che in mancanza di quello non potevo dimostrare che il danno è stato fatto da loro. In pratica mi è andata bene perchè se avevo un danno più grande mi avrebbero risposto allo stesso modo. FATE ATTENZIONE: quando consegnate il veicolo siete voi proprietari che dovete richiedere un verbale attestante lo stato del veicolo perchè loro non lo faranno. Solo con quello potrete provare a chiedere un risarcimento in caso di danni! Used the Car Valet service. Upon delivery, I noticed an obvious large parking scratch on the rear bumper. E devo dire che da quando lascio la mia auto da loro, mai avuto un problema! Anzi! Vi posso dire che ho visto veramente di peggio da altri parcheggi nell’arco dei miei ripetuti viaggi! Racconto la mia. Mi sono ritrovato ha partire di 25dic alle 7 di mattina panico totale! Chiamo i ragazzi, lascio l’auto, faccio ceck-in e mi accorgo che non mi ritrovo più il cellulare! Tramite un signore molto disponibile che mi presta il telefono, richiamo i ragazzi, gli spiego la situazione che sto per perdere l’aereo! E dopo meno di 15min. Vedo un addetto del parcheggio entrare in aeroporto e venirmi a riportare il telefono!!! Con il panico di quel giorno, in pochi lo avrebbero fatto! Quindi spezzo una lancia a loro favore!!! Sono 2 anni che mi servo da loro e devo dire che non ho avuto mai una delusione! Bravi ragazzi! Continuate cosi! I see a parking attendant enter the airport and come to bring my phone back !!! With the panic of that day, few would have done it! So I break a spear in their favor !!! Al telefono ho parlato con un ragazzo che si è fatto in quattro pur di accontentarmi, avendo organizzato un viaggio all’ultimo minuto. Gli altri parcheggi erano pieni e non hanno proprio provato a venirmi incontro, invece, anche se erano pieni, loro mi hanno preso la macchina in tempo, puntuali e cortesi. Sono soddisfatto e sicuramente in futuro, magari organizzandomi meglio, continuerò a chiamare loro, anche perché in passato ho avuto una pessima esperienza con un parcheggio! Grazie ancora Marcello! Disponibili, puntuali, cortesi e per di più simpatici, sempre pronti ad andare incontro alle necessità dei clienti, rispondendo alle chiamate a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, e restando sempre flessibili agli orari e ai ritardi dei voli. Un lavoro frenetico, di grande responsabilità e costanza che spesso sottopone i ragazzi a turni lunghi e stancanti, ma che loro fanno con impegno sia professionale che personale. Non posso fare altro che complimentarmi con loro per come gestiscono questa attività, soddisfando i clienti e risolvendo anche problemi imprevisti che spesso si trovano a fronteggiare! Bravi tutti! I ragazzi del parcheggio sono sempre stati tutti gentili e disponibili nel soddisfare le mie esigenze, dimostrandosi flessibili per quanto riguarda orari e prenotazioni da me effettuate anche all’ultimo momento. Massima puntualità nel ritirare la mia macchina, cortesia e professionalità mai mancate. Ogni volta mi è stata riconsegnata l’auto in perfetto stato, lavata, in perfetto orario, spesso anche aspettando i ritardi dei miei voli. Niente da dire al lavoro di questi ragazzi, che anzi, spesso si fanno in mille per ritirare e riconsegnare le auto ai clienti, nonostante gli orari dei voli, diurni e notturni. Partendo spesso per lavoro, mi rivolgo sempre a loro perché ho la certezza di trovarli disponibili e professionali! Bravi!
