Il 25 aprile il nostro gruppo di 8 persone, compreso bambini piccoli, aveva l'appuntamento con la navetta al molo Beverello alle ore 19 per riportarci al garage di via Chieti.
Dopo vari solleciti telefonici la navetta arrivava all'appuntamento solo alle ore 20, quindi con un'ora di ritardo ma, sorpresa, c'erano altre 2 famiglie nella nostra stessa sutuazione. Alla fine, considerato il momento di notevole disagio e imbarazzo, siamo stati costretti a prendere dei taxi. Nessuno si è degnato a chiedere scusa per il disagio arrecato ne a proporre un rimborso per le spese dei taxi.
Da sconsigliare assolutamente.
Bad shuttle service.
On 25 April our group of 8 people, including small children, had an appointment with the shuttle at the Beverello pier at 7 pm to take us back to the garage in via Chieti.
After several telephone reminders the shuttle arrived at the appointment only at 8 pm, therefore with an hour delay but, surprisingly, there were 2 other families in the same sutuation as us. In the end, given the moment of considerable discomfort and embarrassment, we were forced to take taxis. Nobody deigned to apologize for the inconvenience caused or to propose a refund for the cost of taxis.
Absolutely not recommended.

The seriousness, punctuality and availability deserve the 5 stars. The perfect shuttle service, very professional and courteous. I left my car for a week and at the requested time they made me find it ready to leave. Really to recommend
