Mi è infatti capitato di riportare la Canon per una riparazione imperfetta, che è stata completata in men che non si dica. Sono ormai 5 anni che mi rivolgo a loro e continuerò a farlo. I costi sono leggermente alti, ma è ovviamente una politica dei centri assistenza Canon e per la manodopera specializzata impiegata. Always very courteous and kind, the service is very quick and the technicians are very careful even in case of errors. In fact, I happened to bring Canon back for an imperfect repair, which was completed in no time. I have been talking to them for 5 years and will continue to do so. The costs are slightly high, but it is obviously a policy of Canon service centers and the specialized workforce employed.

J	Jimilin De Maio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti...Mi chiamo JImilin e scrivo dalla provincia di Caserta,ho da poco acquistato una 6DMKll e un 50mm 1.4 Canon...Provato il tutto mi accorgo che la lente aveva qualche problema...mando la lente in assistenza a Napoli,Canon non autorizza l assistenza a Napoli di potermi sistemare la lente così la spediscono a Milano,da M.parte per la Germania ritorna a Napoli la proviamo,peggio di prima...il proprietario di Camera Service di Napoli la prova e si accorge che la lente ha un problema di Astigmatismo mi dice di lasciare la lente in assistenza da loro e che provvedevano a sistemare...dopo 3 giorni mi richiamano,mi reco presso il loro centro assistenza e la lente come per magia funziona come deve funzionare...eppure questa lente è stata prima a Milano poi in Germania senza esito...Ringrazio il Camera Service di Napoli per aver risolto un problema che Canon Milano non è riuscito a risolvere.A Napoli ho trovato competenza e pronti a risolvere il problema al cliente. La mia ottica sembra rinata! Sono davvero contento e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Friendliness and professionalism are the strengths of this Canon service center. I brought my Canon lens because it had various problems and my reflex for a check & clean and they welcomed me with great availability and courtesy, moreover they carried out the repair within the day. My optics seem reborn! I am really happy and highly recommend it to everyone.
