Filippo, il cameriere del ristorante, una persona molto educata, gentile e disponibile e la pulizia della nostra stanza, ma , per il resto una vera delusione, nelle foto su internet si vedono stanze che poi realmente non esistono ,la piscina interna sembrava una gebbia, il banco del bar pieno di formiche che ci facevano compagnia mentre prendevamo il caffé, l'esterno si presenta molto trascurato ed è come se non importasse a nessuno di rendere il tutto più gradevole, parlando del cibo ....in realtà è meglio non parlarne, inoltre dopo averci vietato di entrare al ristorante con il nostro piccolo cagnolino, ci siamo accorti che un commensale stava cenando con i suoi due piccoli cagnolini senza che nessuno glielo avesse vietato, in seguito dopo averlo fatto notare alla reception che si giusticava di non essersene accorta, capendo di quale cliente si trattasse hanno preferito non intervenire sulla questione . Poi chiaramente ci è stato permesso di entrare con il nostro cagnolino ,ma ai nostri occhi è sembrata una chiara discriminazione sociale il che è totalmente inaccettabile. Dire sconsigliato è poco
g	gianluca s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ottimo si mangia benissimo, il personale davvero accogliente ed collaborativo, attrezzata di tutto escursioni a cavallo,quad,spa,piscina,massaggi ecc.Complimenti al sig.filippo per la disponibilità e animazione, complimenti al proprietario per la simpatia e disponibilità. Tutto davvero ottimo ad eccezione di alcune cose: Colazione poverissima Piscina riscaldata da ristrutturare e con poche sdraio Location da ristrutturare. Lo consiglio per qualche giorno di relax Excellent hotel, you eat very well, the staff really welcoming and collaborative, equipped with everything on horseback, quad biking, spa, swimming pool, massages, etc. Congratulations to Mr. Filippo for his availability and entertainment, congratulations to the owner for his friendliness and helpfulness. All really great except for a few things: Poor breakfast Heated swimming pool to be restored and with few deck chairs Location to be restored. I recommend it for a few days of relaxation
C	Claudia Sirchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica nota positiva è Filippo, il cameriere tutto fare... per il resto non ci sono parole per descrivere una esperienza così brutta, costosa e da non ripetere, a partire dal cibo, la struttura, i servizi e quanto collegato a questi pacchetti per allocchi (in cui siamo cascati come dei veri polli!!!) che propongono; un plauso particolare va alla maleducazione del personale della società sportiva che gestisce la piscina. Se malauguratamente vi ritrovate in questo posto, vi auguro una buona fortuna The only positive note is Filippo, the waiter doing everything ... otherwise there are no words to describe an experience so bad, expensive and not to be repeated, starting from the food, the structure, the services and what is connected to these packages for fools (in which we fell like real chickens !!!) that they propose; special praise goes to the rudeness of the staff of the sports club that manages the pool. C	Calceranoannarita Calcerano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort a capod'anno. Malgrado il periodo molto difficile siamo stati accolti e trattati in maniera professionale. Con modi molto gentili ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. E che dire della professionalità di Filippo un cameriere tutto fare servizio eccellente e divertimento assicurato, Agatina e tutti gli altri. La direttrice una bellissima ragazza, sembrava una ragazzina ma dal temperamento forte, gentile e risoluto. Insomma professionalità al 100%. Sicuramente ci torneremo We stayed at this resort on New Years Eve. Despite the very difficult period we were welcomed and treated in a professional manner. With very kind ways they made us feel at home. And what about the professionalism of Filippo, a waiter who does excellent service and guaranteed fun, Agatina and all the others. The director was a beautiful girl, she seemed like a little girl but with a strong, kind and resolute temperament. In short, 100% professionalism. We will definitely be back

J	John Heijmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never experienced something like that. A hotel entrance as beautiful as possible. Real grandeur. All the rest sucks!! The room smelled awfull, a real sewage smell. Diner wasn't much but breakfast realy sucked. Old bread and totally dryed out croissants, thee and coffee cold, meat and cheese with flyes on it. Drinks top expensive. Verry unfriendly personel and the woman at the reception was..... Here I stop because I'll keep it nice.
