The Park Hotel is set right on the front overlooking Lake Garda, rooms are clean and nicely appointed if a little on the small side. Given the choice take a room facing the lake, rooms on the back of the hotel overlook a parking square. Staff are friendly and professional, knowledgeable of the area and ready to help. Breakfast is very good with a wide buffet choice as well as other items which can be ordered (omelette etc.) Hotel restaurant is good but I'd recommend exploring the nearby local restaurants which are excellent. Other highlights are the roof top swimming pool and friendly hotel dog who is obviously very used to being made a fuss of. Parking, while limited, is handled by the reception staff who will move your car into the small underground car park if space allows.

Market outside on a tueaday also watch out for vehical restrictions on a sunday although the hotel is still accessible by car. Most of the staff where friendly and more then helpful. Breakfast well presented.

Very helpful staff on reception, especially as when we needed to book train tickets. Breakfast is very good with plenty of fruit and choice of cheese's, ham and breads. Swimming pool on the top is not the best but otherwise very good hotel that I would like to recommend.

The only negative point is that we had no bidet in the room as the receptionist said that the surname that booked was not italian so they thought it wasnt necessary for us to have one. I found it quite unapropriate.
R	Rob Phelan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff. Rudi especially went above and beyond for us. So friendly and helpful. He made a huge effort. I did t get the name of the Lady who also works in reception but again super friendly and helpful, booked train tickets for us to Venice and verona. Navigating Italian website was gonna be a struggle for us. Hotel is in perfect location right on the lake. Very clean, like everywhere around lake Garda. Food is good, breakfast buffet is very nice and filling. Plenty of choice. Pool on the roof is a nice treat after a day out and about. Would book again.
S	Sharon Vinderine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the perfect spot just steps away from all of the "action" including stores and restaurants. Positives: Location. The staff. The breakfast. The price. The staff especially Simone and Max were great, but everyone made the effort to ensure it was a pleasant stay. Negatives: No air conditioning. They said the city doesn't allow them to turn it on until end of May so it was terribly warm and uncomfortable in the room. We had ants in the bathroom two days in a row. The lake front balcony view is blocked by trees so while it's better than a garden view, you need to be able to use your imagination to see past the trees. But that's not something the hotel can do anything about so of course I can't fault them for that, just want to warn potential guests. Housekeeping forgot to add toilet paper, tissue, and soap so we had to keep calling down. They left our clearly labelled laundry bag that we left by the door for them so we had to get them to pick it up that night and rush it for two days later as we would be checking out. It was promised for 8:30am and at 9:40am we called saying we were still waiting so they ran to get it and didn't charge us. As mentioned, the staff were very accommodating and wanted to make it a good experience. Would I recommend? Well, I won't be returning there and would certainly opt for a different experience but on the other hand overall people seemed to be reasonably happy with their stay. It's the little things that make a big difference to me when staying in a hotel and this one just did not live up to expectations.
