G	Geraint Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotlessly clean hotel and room. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts, comfortable bed, Lake Garda at the end of the street. What more could one ask for? It's 12 minute walk to a nearby supermarket and various places to eat, and also the bus stop on Via Roma for the Sirmione shuttle to town.
L	Luana Poenaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing that we liked is the pool. Some rooms are renovated but most of them are not and you have the impression that you are in the 80's. They came to clean the room at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, hour that we just came inside the room to rest. The staff are so and so .. some of them are ok but others .. you would prefer not to see or speak to them.

Close to lake Garda with a decent view of the lake from our balcony! Very close to the beach and a rather nice poolarea with a bar that serves drinks. It's a bit far from Sirmione, but it's easy to get there with car or by public transport. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel that serves local food. The breakfast was quite good as well. You get quite a lot for your money if you travel with a family, I wouldn't go here just me and my wife. My kids weren't quite satisfied with the quality of the Wi-fi

They offer many kinds of room which range from two options (wonderful renewed 4-star room, and stinky 70s room with loud fridge and creaking noises). As we got there, the surprise was that the price that we've paid was for the bad option (of course), and if you want to have a reasonable night's sleep, well then you have to pay ONLY +30€ an evening, which is what we did. In the end, by the same price we could have gone to a much better hotel (designer's choice) with a far better location. Their coffee on breakfast was pretty terrible (unacceptable asset in Italy if I may be blunt) and finally their receptionists were OK-ish, they solve the problems but they just don't let you finish a question and run over you with what they think is the answer, pretty stressful to require anything from them when you're being treated like you're bothering them somehow.
J	Jon Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough hotel at a fair price and a good location by the lake. Breakfest is buffet and OK quality and there is plenty. Rooms are a bit dated, but that's reflected in price. They tried to up sell us a room on arrival but honestly couldn't see the difference, if anything cheaper room seemed better. One thing to be aware off is that in the two midweek periods we were there they had a school trip group staying. Obviously this creates more noise then maybe be welcomed depending on the children whom are staying and strictness of their teachers. On our first night this was a problem but after we complained the hotel sorted it. So just something to be aware off. Would recomend and stay again but there are nicer places probably if you were willing / wanted to spend more. But for the price was good.
N	Nicolas Lales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very nice but the rooms are outdated! The walls are thin like paper and neighbors can enter your terrasse. Both created unagreable situation!! I strongly do not recommend expecially when you have so many other but great places around
A	Antonina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the room via Expedia. When arriving to check in the lady at the front desk asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a new renovated room for €50. We said no the room we booked was okay. She then asked if we would pay €10 for the upgrade, we still said no and insisted the room was okay. She then told us she would upgrade us for free anyway. The room was lovely, and I can not fault it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had the rainfall shower. It was spacious and new. When checking out we were told to take there business card so in future we could book directly with them rather then through Expedia.
V	Verena Ortmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a more modern room for a small extra charge - room was very nice & clean! The pool was large and therefore also suitable for swimming lanes. The staff were always very friendly! We hired bikes one day (absolutely fine price) - it took about 10-15 minutes to get to the old town of Sirmione. However, you can also take the bus to the old town for 1€ per person/ride. The bus stop is 3-5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was typical Italian, but we've had better breakfasts - there's definitely room for improvement!
