Hanno portato a termine e anche in breve tempo quello che gli avevamo incaricato, facendoci stare sereni e tranquilli. La proprietaria Sig.ra Luisa Toma, e la sua assistente ,hanno sempre verificato nel dettaglio ,tutti i passaggi , necessari per acquisto /vendita , necessari per tali transazioni .ho venduto, acquistato , e affittato.
Persino il notaio si e' complimentato.
Come dire, il costo , comunque competitivo ,vale la pena.
Non e' scontato..molte agenzie pur di chiudere una trattativa , si muovono con superficialita',e magari dopo escono "magagne".
Invece con la sig.ra Toma, tutto il percorso , e' stato seguito perfettamente,verificato ogni cosa.
Consiglio vivamente quest'agenzia.

Professional, fast, reliable.
The owner Ms. Luisa Toma, and her assistant, have always checked in detail all the steps, necessary for purchase / sale, necessary for these transactions. I have sold, bought, and rented.
Even the notary complimented it.
In other words, the cost, however competitive, is worth it.
It is not obvious .. many agencies, in order to close a deal, move superficially, and maybe afterwards "flaws" come out.
Instead, with Ms Toma, the whole process was followed perfectly, everything checked.
I highly recommend this agency.

Spero che poi possano anche indirizzarsi alle aste, ma già così facendo sono decisamente performanti.
