Abbiamo chiamato 3 volte per una casa, hanno sempre risposto che ci avrebbe richiamato il consulente, prendendosi il numero di telefono tutte e 3 le volte e non hanno mai richiamato. Un agenzia poco seria. Menomale che Roma è piena di agenzie immobiliari. Bad real estate agency. We called 3 times for a house, they always replied that the consultant would call us back, taking the phone number all 3 times and they never called back. A not very serious agency. Luckily Rome is full of real estate agencies.

Mi hanno risolto la vendita in modo brillante e in pochissimo tempo. Personale educato, competente e molto paziente. Una delle cose ’ che mi ha convinto a scegliere la Coldwell Banker è stata la poca pressione da parte del Dott. Barbera (cosa che le altre agenzie non fanno, anzi ti tormentano) nel farmi firmare il mandato dì vendita. Questa, ripeto, e stata una delle cose che più ho apprezzato.
