A	Alessio Visintini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili a farti vedere il materiale che hanno poi prima di uscire ci hanno detto che il preventivo sarebbe stato pronto 3 giorni dopo, purtroppo sono passate 3 settimane e ancora niente anche se abbiamo chiamato per ben 2 volte la persona che ci ha seguiti le uniche risposte sono state:”è quasi pronto, domani o dopo domani il preventivo è pronto” ovviamente nessuno si è fatto sentire ancora per questo ormai non sceglieremo più questo negozio per acquistare il materiale per ristrutturare completamente la nostra casa! Tuttavia quattro anni fa, quando ho acquistato un mobile da bagno e un box doccia, sono stata trattata con cortesia e professionalità, di recente, quando sono tornata per un piccolo pensile, sono stata liquidata piuttosto in fretta. L'impressione è la qualità del trattamento sia direttamente proporzionale al budget. Peccato per un negozio così bello. Nothing to say, if not the best, regarding the quality of the products. However four years ago, when I bought a bathroom furniture and a shower cubicle, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, recently, when I returned for a small wall unit, I was liquidated rather quickly. The impression is that the quality of the treatment is directly proportional to the budget. Too bad for such a nice shop.

Ci sono passato davanti un infinità di volte e questa era la volta giusta per dare un'occhiata. Vetrine splendide... accattivanti...allora entro e.... nessuno risponde al saluto....nessuno all'accoglienza...comincio a girare e a guardare a destra e a sinistra...poi salgo le scale ed anche qui giro...guardo...mi piace qualche modello e vorrei informazioni...allora ridiscendo le scale per chiedere informazioni ma niente...nessuno mi calcola minimamente. Un venditore sembra venirmi incontro ma alla fine svolta in un'altra stanza. Allora molto seccato decido di andarmene...anzi di scappare da questo triste posto! Chissà forse c'era qualche telecamera nel parcheggio che aveva fatto notare che non ero arrivato con una ferrari...percio non meritavo udienza. Eh niente...i miei soldi li ho spesi altrove!! A salesman seems to come towards me but eventually turns into another room. So very annoyed I decide to leave ... or rather to escape from this sad place! Who knows maybe there were some cameras in the parking lot that had pointed out that I hadn't arrived with a Ferrari ... so I didn't deserve an audience. Eh nothing ... I spent my money elsewhere !!
V	Vittoria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l’acquisto vi abbandonano. Gentili e carini in fase di vendita, diventano scortesi ed irreperibili in caso di problemi. La venditrice Renata ci ha addirittura bloccato sul telefono, poiché non voleva accettare la nostra richiesta di cambio materiale, di colore assolutamente non conforme alle piastrelle. NB il materiale (stucco e profili da 150€) era stato proprio da lei suggerito in fase di vendita telefonica (Causa Covid) senza che avessimo possibilità di vederlo abbinato alle piastrelle che ci hanno venduto. A causa del rifiuto ed impossibilità di parlare con l’addetta, abbiamo contattato il titolare che, dopo 1 mese di tentennamenti ci ha concesso il reso, con pagamento di una penale del 50%!!! Hanno perso stima e clienti per guadagnare 70 euro. Attenzione inoltre perché i campioni che espongono non rispondono al materiale che ordini: abbiamo dovuto accettare un pavimento grigio scuro, quando il campione scelto in negozio era un bel legno caldo. NB the material (putty and profiles from € 150) had been suggested by her during the telephone sales phase (Cause Covid) without our having the possibility of seeing it combined with the tiles they sold us. Due to the refusal and inability to speak with the assistant, we contacted the owner who, after 1 month of hesitation, granted us the return, with payment of a 50% penalty !!! They lost esteem and customers to earn 70 euros. Also be careful because the samples on display do not respond to the material you order: we had to accept a dark gray floor, when the sample chosen in the shop was a nice warm wood. Bad experience.

Così mi sono trovato a dover togliere i mobili, rimuovere il pavimento e piastrellare. Mi hanno consigliato Paried, ci sono andato e mi sono trovato benissimo. Tanta scelta, cortesia e puntualità nella consegna. Ottimo il prodotto che ho acquistato e posato. Sono soddisfatto del risultato e anche del prezzo. Consiglio davvero questo rivenditore.
