★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo ma la commessa non ha saputo trattare il cliente, in un periodo in cui tutti i negozi fanno il 20% di sconto sul doppio acquisto, entro e chiedo se ci fosse qualche promozione, la commessa mi risponde di no, dopo 15 minuti scelgo una borsa dal costo di 29,00€, arrivo in cassa... entra il mio papà che mi informa sulla promozione ..con un acquisto di 30€ possiamo avere un’agenda... ecco ... basta semplicemente offrire di comprare un paio di orecchini a 1,99€ per usufruire della promo.. può sembrare una cretinata ma non lo è ... la commessa è stata superficiale e poco intelligente visto che ci siamo innervositi .. bastava poco a metter fine alla discussione, bastava un po’ di gentilezza !!
