Personale molto preparato e disponibile , difficile da trovare all’interno di un centro commerciale. Consigliato !!!! I know this brand well and buy a little all over Europe, but in this shop I have found items never seen anywhere else, not even in Spain. Very trained and helpful staff, difficult to find inside a shopping center. Recommended !!!!

Brindisi-Taranto direzione Taranto. Ultima ora : approfittatene perché sono gli ultimi giorni di saldi al 50%!!!??? Trendy shop for women's fashion clothing and accessories. The safe choice (and preferred by me) for a gift to the partner. Staff very friendly, polite and kind staff whom you can easily contact for advice and assistance. Located inside the IperCoop "Le Colonne" shopping center on the SS. Brindisi-Taranto direction Taranto. Last hour: take advantage of it because it is the last days of sales at 50% !!! ???

Si perché l' altro giorno ho comprato una borsa ed un maglione, da regalare .il giorno successivo, con mia moglie siamo tornati a fare un cambio, scegliendo un articolo che costava 119,00€ contro i 129,00€ che costava l' articolo reso . Qui,il titolare ha peccato di professionalità, non volendo restituire né la 10,00€ di differenza , né ha voluto fare un buono di pari importo , per un acquisto successivo . Per recuperare la somma bisognava acquistare un altro articolo, che però la somma minima da spendere era di 35,00€. Abbiamo rifiutato la sua proposta , abbiamo fatto il cambio e siamo andati via arrabbiati , con la consapevolezza di essere stati presi in giro. Potevamo chiedere il diritto di recesso ,( la legge lo permette)però siamo andati via per queto vivere. Convinti, di non più mettere piede in quel negozio. Nice shop, helpful, professional and kind staff.Only the owner lacks. He lost customers for € 10.00. Yes, because the other day I bought a bag and a sweater, to give as a gift. The next day, I went back to make a change with my wife, choosing an item that cost € 119.00 against € 129.00 which cost returned item. Here, the owner has sinned of professionalism, not wanting to return the € 10.00 difference, nor did he want to make a voucher of the same amount, for a subsequent purchase. To recover the sum, another item had to be purchased, but the minimum amount to spend was € 35.00. We refused his proposal, made the change and went away angry, knowing that we had been made fun of. We could ask for the right of withdrawal, (the law allows it) but we went away for this life. Convinced, that you will no longer set foot in that shop.

Viaggio molto per lavoro quindi mi capita di fare tappa nei vari negozi desigual e pochi giorni fa ho fatto il mio primo acquisto presso questo punto vendita. Personale gentilissimo e preparato ma soprattutto ho trovato dei capi che cercavo e non trovavo nei negozi di Bari e Roma. Avendo speso una cifra importante mi è stata anche regalata una bellissima mascherina che si abbina ad un vestito che ho acquistato. Che dire, ci tornerò prestissimo magari in occasione dei saldi !! a pleasant surprise! I have known this brand for many years and I have bought several garments and accessories because I find them delicious and of good quality. I travel a lot for work so I happen to stop in the various desigual stores and a few days ago I made my first purchase at this store. Very kind and prepared staff but above all I found the items I was looking for and could not find in the shops of Bari and Rome. Having spent an important amount, I was also given a beautiful mask that goes with a dress I bought. What can I say, I'll be back soon maybe on the occasion of the sales !!
