Gli appartamenti, tutti uguali salvo ristrutturazione, sono pensati per vivere il parco che presente 3 piscine, parco giochi,campetti calcio e tennis e tanto verde.Negl'ultimi anni, però, la situazione è cambiata ed ora è tutto molto molto degradato, sono nate molte palafitte sui tetti del condominio confliggendo con il basilare senso civico e decoro, ,sia con riguardo alla tenuta basilare del condominio che come frequentazione. Tanto è che il prezzo di vendita è della locazione degli appartamenti è crollato mentre in tutti i restanti condomini di Baia Domizia è salito enormemente. È un occasione persa che oggi appare più come una nuova favelas.
The condominium was the most beautiful, friendly and respectable in Baia Domizia. The apartments, all the same except for renovation, are designed to live in the park that has 3 swimming pools, playground, soccer and tennis courts and lots of greenery.Negl 'last years, however, the situation has changed and now everything is very very degraded, they are many stilt houses were built on the roofs of the condominium, conflicting with the basic civic sense and decorum, both with regard to the basic estate of the condominium and in terms of attendance. So much so that the sale price of the rental of the apartments has collapsed while in all the remaining condominiums in Baia Domizia it has gone up enormously. It is a missed opportunity that today looks more like a new favelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo parco tenuto bene. Vigilanza sempre presente ed attenta. Mi sono trovata benissimo e credo di ritornare. Le case, tutte uguali, piccole di metratura ma funzionali al massimo. Complimenti a Silvia che ha organizzato ogni giorno un'ottima animazione per i bimbi.
Great park well kept. Always present and attentive vigilance. I had a great time and I think I will return. The houses, all the same, small in size but functional to the maximum. Congratulations to Silvia who organized an excellent animation for the children every day.
