★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un parco che racchiude sia due palazzine di tre piani che diverse villette a schiera. Costruito durante gli anni 90, fin dall'inizio ha presentato i soliti problemi fognari connessi agli edifici presenti su via Marchesella. La fogna su questa strada é del tutto incapace di accogliere lo sviluppo demografico dell'ultimo trentennio e a ogni evento climatico anche di piccole dimensioni trabocca. Responsabili i due comuni, Villaricca e Giugliano che ognuno per sua competenza dovrebbero curare e adeguare le strutture fognare, ma non lo fanno.
 A park that contains both two-storey buildings and several terraced houses. Built during the 90s, from the beginning it presented the usual sewage problems connected to the buildings on Via Marchesella. The sewer on this road is completely incapable of accommodating the demographic development of the last thirty years and of any climatic event, even of small dimensions, overflows. Responsible are the two municipalities, Villaricca and Giugliano, which should take care of and adapt the sewerage structures, but they do not.
