β β β β β Santuario mariano della Madonna Incoronata a circa 10 km da Foggia. Immerso in un bel bosco..... i pellegrini che si recano per ringraziare questa Madonna sono tantissimi. L'ultimo sabato di aprile si Γ¨ soliti andare a piedi al Santuario in segno di devozione alla Madonna.
 Marian sanctuary of the Madonna Incoronata about 10 km from Foggia. Immersed in a beautiful wood ..... the pilgrims who go to thank this Madonna are many. On the last Saturday of April it is customary to walk to the Sanctuary as a sign of devotion to the Madonna.

β β β β β Rubbish strewn everywhere. No proper landscape maintenance undertaken of picnic/recreation areas. No one here. Personal safety risks.
Bizarre.
I can't believe that Italians have allowed this natural attraction to become rundown and littered with rubbish.
Amazing.
Anyhow, I can't believe that I wasted my time driving to this place. Sorry, this is what I'd expect to see in a third world country!
