★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parco pessimo, gli stabili sono in un totale stato di abbandono, assenza di regole condominiali, quindi urla, schiamazzi e musica a tutto volume a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Notevole disagi anche per il discorso spazzatura differenziata, c'è ma non si fa, e ancora peggio non viene raccolta con puntualità.
