Purtroppo trascurato, incolto, e preda di stupidi vandali deiezioni canine (padroni incivili). Aria molto pulita, lontano dal traffico Unp green space (unfortunately not green) with benches and lots of games for children, even bigger ones. Unfortunately neglected, uncultivated, and prey to stupid vandal canine dejection (uncivilized masters). Very clean air, away from traffic

Rimane sempre un grosso problema quello creato dagli incivili che lasciano bottiglie di vetro vuote e anche rotte tutte in giro dopo i bagordi notturni. The gardens service has started to periodically clean the baskets and the square lookout. There is always a big problem created by the uncivilized ones who leave empty glass bottles and even broken all around after the night revelry.

E' mantenuto in condizioni abbastanza buone, nonostante l'incuria di buona parte dei frequentatori, grazie alle pulizia periodiche e alla recente sostituzione del manto stradale. The linear park has brought an improvement in the livability of the neighborhood, allowing both to play sports and to walk avoiding traffic and smog. It is kept in fairly good condition, despite the neglect of most of the visitors, thanks to the periodic cleaning and the recent replacement of the road surface.

Il tracciato rimane lontano dal traffico ed é ideale per una passeggiata o per una bella corsa! Beautiful bike path in the heart of Rome, along the route of the FL3 railway line. The track remains away from traffic and is ideal for a walk or a nice ride!

Bello, tranquillo e molto frequentato il parco lineare si estende per 5KM ed è caratterizzato da una corsia per i pedoni e da una corsia a doppio senso per le biciclette. Il parco va da Monte Ciocci fino a Santa Maria della Pietà. Perfetta per correre anche di sera, quando è molto frequentata. Per gli sportivi runner e ciclisti, attenzione che la domenica mattina ci sono molti bambini! Segnalo due attraversamente stradali uno in corrispondenza della stazione Appiano ed uno prima di Monte Mario. The linear park was recently renovated (summer 2017) so the track is in excellent condition. Beautiful, quiet and very popular the linear park extends for 5KM and is characterized by a lane for pedestrians and a two-way lane for bicycles. The park goes from Monte Ciocci to Santa Maria della Pietà. Perfect for running even in the evening, when it is very popular. For sports runners and cyclists, beware that on Sunday morning there are many children! I point out two crossing road one at the Appiano station and one before Monte Mario.

La pista ciclabile è molto bella peccato che il verde non è curato. Very nice then if you arrive at Monte Ciocci the view is wonderful, among other things, there they shot music videos and movies. The bike path is very nice pity that the green is not taken care of.

Presenta spazio per passeggiare senza intralciare le biciclette, tratti di giardino, aree di svago per i bambini, aree di sosta, panchine numerose e fontanelle lungo tutto il percorso. Questo, in alcuni tratti, è piuttosto suggestivo perché parte del parco si snoda all'interno del Parco Regionale del Pineto. The definition of linear park is correct, in fact it is more than a bike path. It has space to walk without hindering bicycles, stretches of garden, recreation areas for children, rest areas, numerous benches and fountains along the entire route. This, in some places, is rather suggestive because part of the park winds through the Pineto Regional Park.
