A distanza di secoli questo è stato riconosciuto veritiero. È un lungo magico dove si intrecciano storia e religione. Merita una visita. Con una attenzione particolare al lago.
 In this place St. Francis of Assisi promised that in Villagrande there would never be catastrophic earthquakes in 1200.
Centuries later this has been recognized as true. It is a long magic where history and religion intertwine. Worth a visit. With particular attention to the lake.

Wonderful resort surrounded by nature with a beautiful lake view room. We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve and had a great timeExemplary welcome. A delightful SpA. Great food. We will also be back in other seasons

Ma non trovo onesto che su Facebook mi abbiano cancellato un post solo perché ho fatto notare che 2 anni fa abbiamo frequentato questo bellissimo hotel per una gara di moto pagando 239€, ora per la stessa gara hanno visto l'opportunità di fare business e hanno portato i prezzi a 490€. Trovo poco onesto cancellare i post su Facebook e bloccare i commenti solo per dare l'impressione di avere solamente recensioni positive.
Avete perso due clienti, ma forse anche qualcosa di più.
2.Aggiungo la risposta al proprietario qui sotto, visto che dice di aver cercato Marco B. come ospite(non ha pensato che non abbia voluto mettere il mio cognome per intero?)e visto anche che Maps non permette di replicare, ma di essere preso in giro non ne ho assolutamente voglia.
Ovviamente Marco B. sta per Boarolo, cerchi la prenotazione come Moretti o come Boarolo e mi troverà. Aggiungo anche una foto di Maps che riporta che sono stato lì 2 anni fa.
Aggiungo oltretutto che per verificare il prezzo da lei proposto bassa fare un check in questo momento nel vostro sito.
Cordialmente, a mai più, anche perché con questo prezzo si va in posti tipo Camp Zero a Champoluc.
The location is lovely, nothing to say. But I don't find it honest that they deleted a post on Facebook just because I pointed out that 2 years ago we went to this beautiful hotel for a motorcycle race paying € 239, now for the same race they saw the opportunity to do business and they brought the prices to 490 €. I find it not very honest to delete posts on Facebook and block comments just to give the impression that I only have positive reviews.
You've lost two customers, but maybe even more.
2.I add the answer to the owner below, since he says he looked for Marco B. as a guest (didn't he think he didn't want to put my surname in full?) And also seen that Maps does not allow you to reply, but to be made fun of, I absolutely don't want to.
Obviously Marco B. stands for Boarolo, look for the reservation as Moretti or as Boarolo and he will find me. I also add a Maps photo which reports that I was there 2 years ago.
I would also add that to check the low price you propose, check your site right now.
Sincerely, never again, also because with this price you go to places like Camp Zero in Champoluc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante un problemino all'arrivo, risolto in modo impeccabile in pochissimo tempo, abbiamo trascorso un fine anno bellissimo. Tutto lo staff è stato professionale ma soprattutto gentile, cortese e pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. Il posto è splendido e le giornate primaverili lo hanno reso incantevole. La ristorazione è ottima, la camera (vista lago) pulita e ben curata. Infine, e non perché ultima, la SPA è magnifica. Un apprezzamento particolare all'attenzione che la struttura ha verso l'applicazione delle norme per il contenimento della diffusione del covid 19.

Despite a small problem on arrival, solved flawlessly in a very short time, we had a wonderful end of the year. All the staff were professional but above all kind, courteous and ready to fulfill any request. The place is beautiful and the spring days have made it enchanting. The restaurant is excellent, the room (lake view) clean and well cared for. Last but not least, the SPA is magnificent. A particular appreciation of the attention that the structure has towards the application of the rules for the containment of the spread of covid 19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't stay there But we reserved the pool with some snacks and drinks very inexpensively for a night with my friends. That was great and it makes a memorable night for us. The staff were very friendly, respectable and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel! Looks very good, nice rooms with bath, good swimming pools and amazing location next to a lake. Not giving 5 stars because:
-Wi-Fi is only in a limited range (pretty small & not in room)
-Inside pool (and SPA) is 14€ or 19€ (don't remember) extra per person.
-Restaurant doesn't offer that many different plates.
The rest is really good and nice people! Recommend
