Non sono l"aria sottile, il verde dei boschi e dei campi, la struttura pulitissima e perfettamente funzionante a rendere "Il Poggio" un posto unico, ma è l'accoglienza della famiglia Sartini a far sì che ogni ospite si senta un po' meglio che a casa propria. Franco (Francesco), il capofamiglia, proprietario gestore cuoco animatore, è un vulcano che ogni giorno ne inventa una nuoba per intrattenere gli ospiti e far conoscere loro tutti i borghi di questo angolo di paradiso che è il Montefeltro. Non solo quindi consiglio questa struttura ma io stessa vi ritornerò appena possibile. Unico avvertimento: attenti a non ingrassare troppo, la cucina favolosa di Franco e di sua moglie Luciana non vi dà scampo, tanto è buona, leggera, saporita, varia e abbondante. Ho effettuato un sopralluogo presso in cucina e deposito alimenti e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall'ordine e pulizia anche in piena preparazione della cena . Non ho avuto modo di mangiare o visitare le camere ma i locali che ho visto sono molto puliti e ben curati. La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente . Buonissima impressione !! Grazie anche a tutta la tua famiglia per come coccolano gli ospiti Guest of the Hotel "il Poggio".
