Peccato sia per i soldi spesi sia per coloro che hanno lavorato allo studio e al recupero di reperti antichissimi e alla realizzazione della struttura nel suo complesso. A place of great historical importance with an extension of twenty hectares without anyone to supervise .... "free entry" in the true sense of the word. Too bad both for the money spent and for those who worked on the study and recovery of ancient finds and the construction of the structure as a whole.

Il parco archeologico molto bello e importante. Peccato che venga tenuto male e gli orari di visita siano poco flessibili e si potrebbero fare un enormità di attività e di guide alternative e carine. C'è ancora molto da fare per valutarlo come si deve. Useless and ugly initial structure. Almost a mess, that money could certainly be used much better. Personale gentilissimo e preparato: siamo arrivati al museo dei dipinti bizantini di Poggiardo fuori orario ed era chiuso, abbiamo chiamato uno dei due numeri telefonici e dopo 5 minuti un addetto è arrivato e ci ha accompagnato alla visita sia di quel sito sia alla chiesa dei dipinti rupestri. Veramente un eccellente servizio per un interessantissimo sito. Interesting paintings, well-preserved and well-kept park. Very kind and prepared staff: we arrived at the museum of the Byzantine paintings of Poggiardo after hours and it was closed, we called one of the two telephone numbers and after 5 minutes an attendant arrived and accompanied us to visit both that site and the church of the paintings cave. Truly an excellent service for a very interesting site.

Potete visitare una chiesa piena di affreschi.. dove vi erano raffigurate scene antiche.. con vari stili di pittura.. Information center. They organize guided tours ... To santi Stefani .. an archaeological area outside the town. A truly fantastic view. You can visit a church full of frescoes .. where ancient scenes were depicted .. with various styles of painting ..

Soldi dello Stato spesi (sprecati)..... clientele.... enti inutili..... presa in giro della gente del luogho e dei turisti... Walking in the places where you were born and living .... makes you think that time has passed BUT there has been no positive news ... State money spent (wasted) ..... patrons .... useless entities ..... making fun of people in the place and tourists ...
B	Biker Alone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non visitare il parco in inverno, nei giorni feriali oppure da solo. Come scritto nel titolo la struttura non è visitabile in inverno e durante i giorni feriali. Se sei in gruppo minimo 5 persone e capiti nel fine settimana hai qualche speranza....Altrimenti se sei un cicloturista solitario come me non ti rimane che fare il giro del perimetro e rubare qualche foto delle mura messapiche del lato Nord e Sud Est, le uniche visibili dal perimetro. Delusione profonda, peccato. La cosa che mi chiedo è che immagino che per mettere su questo baraccone sono stati spesi soldi pubblici e molti. Allora perché non dare la possibilità di poter essere visitato ogni santo giorno dell'anno? Do not visit the park in winter, on weekdays or alone. As written in the title the structure can not be visited in winter and on weekdays. If you are in a group minimum 5 people and understood in the weekend you have some hope .... Otherwise if you are a solitary cyclist like me you just have to go around the perimeter and steal some pictures of the walls messapiche of the North and South East side, the only ones visible from the perimeter. Deep disappointment, sin. The thing that I ask myself is that I imagine that public money and many have been spent on this show. So why not give the chance to be visited every holy day of the year?

Un museo all'aperto ed una struttura tradizionale ricca di importanti reperti. Accompagnati da personale esperto e disponibile si rimane ammirati per il tanto lavoro fatto ed il buon uso delle poche risorse disponibili. Migliorabile le modalità di contatto per organizzare la visita. A pleasant experience: a recent museum system useful for understanding the ancient history of the place.
