All'inizio GLS ha perso il pacco (???) poi si scopre che il pacco è stato spedito con Nexive (???, dopo due settimane di sollecito???). Chiesto il tracking diverse volte, mai avuto risposta in merito. Forse il pacco non è mai stato spedito? Davvero una pessima esperienza. NEVER HAPPENED A SIMILAR THING. Se tante persone hanno dato recensione negativa un motivo ci sarà, sicuramente non siete celeri né nelle spedizioni né per comunicazione, mi sembra lecito che se dopo 3 settimane non ricevo alcuna risposta tramite mail e la spedizione ritarda di pensare che sia una truffa, avrei voluto vedere senza PayPal quando avrei ricevuto il rimborso. Passata una settimana ho scritto una mail al venditore e provato più volte a chiamare senza ricevere risposta. Successivamente ho fatto la richiesta di reso su ebay e a questo punto il venditore ha inviato il prodotto che ho ricevuto per come ordinato. Poco serio a mio avviso. I bought on ebay. Impossibile avere una risposta dal venditore sia per telefono che su whatsapp per capire se l'indirizzo è stato cambiato, niente numero di tracciabilità, data di arrivo del pacco 6 Agosto, ma rientrando a casa noto con stupore che il pacco è arrivato con un giorno di anticipo.
