A	Antonio Longo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il parcheggio non è bel indicato,visto che il navigatore ti porta ad una autorimessa omonima che dista 100 metri.Distante dall'aeroporto e in caso di traffico proteste arrivare in ritardo,la navetta ti lascia lontano dall'entrata principale dell'aeroporto,potrebbe essere scomodo ad una famiglia con bambini e valigie.Al rientro ti fanno aspettare un pò di tempo e dopo un viaggio di alcune ore non è il massimo. Prima di partire controllate le condizioni del vostro veicolo scattando qualche foto e segnatevi i km totali ,per il resto non lo consiglierei.Meglio pagare un pò in più ed avere un servizio migliore. Oragazzatizione PARI a zero con due dipendenti che nonnavevano benché il resto e sono stato seguito da uno di loro finche non ho cambiato IO i soldi. Mai più prenderò questo parcheggio e mai più userò looking4parking. Premetto che non sono stata strafottente, non ho usato parole scortesi e non avevo un tono della voce alto. Uno sgarbatissimo operatore non ha risposto alla mia domanda e ha concluso che nn avrebbe accettato in parcheggio la mia auto. Infine mi ha riattaccato il telefono. Se queste sono le premesse, in un lavoro in cui la cortesia e l educazione dovrebbero essere alla base del rapporto con il cliente, meno male che non ho parcheggiato da loro.. Il titolare, o chi per lui, quando ho tentato di prenotare mi dice "Il sito non funziona... per 7 giorni le vanno bene 80 Euro ?" adattano il prezzo alla bonarietà del cliente !! ( tutto registrato su whatsapp ! ) Servizio navetta gratuito ? 12 telefonate ( 12 ! tutte registrate ) per mettermi d'accordo e anzichè alle 8,00 sono arrivati alle 9,33!! Arrivo, chiedo spiegazioni, se ne frega e mi dice "sei ssscccostumato !". Fuggite! Sono questi che rovinano Napoli... voto sotto zero è possibile ? The worst of the worst that can happen! Personale senza professionalità e senso del dovere, non trovo parole giuste per descrivere il loro comportamento totalmente ineguagliabile. Sono stato costretto a lasciare la mia compagna da sola al ritiro bagagli e per strada a mezzanotte perché l'autista della navetta non poteva aspettare altrimenti andava via lasciandoci a piedi entrambi visto che il loro servizio navetta è attivo fino alle ore 24 ma mi è stato comunicato solo il giorno di arrivo al parcheggio. Sul sito dove ho fatto la prenotazione non è riportata nessuna informazione in merito agli orari. Sconsiglio vivamente questo parcheggio perché vi possono lasciare a terra con la scusa del divieto di fermata. All'arrivo nel garage c'è stata una totale assenza di accoglienza verso il cliente. Inoltre ieri sera non ci hanno rilasciato nessuna ricevuta del servizio offerto. Sicuramente non farò più prenotazioni in questo parcheggio. Unico neo, i lavori stradali in corso che mi hanno costretta a un giro dell'isolato in più, ma in fondo è un problema temporaneo e risolvibile. Tornerò. Pessima esperienza...al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato l’auto con tappezzeria sporca di calce e oltretutto lo specchietto esterno lato guida rotto ed incollato con il silicone, ovviamente non ci hanno comunicato nulla e noi solo a casa ci siamo resi conto del danno. Ci hanno liquidato senza darci soluzioni.Avevamo degli appuntamenti che abbiamo dovuto disdire perché ci hanno mandato in un altro parcheggio senza darci nessun tipo di indicazione . Esistono due parcheggi allo stesso nome il più professionale è quello che si trova nelle vicinanze a 250 mt da questo. Bruttissima esperienza e nessuna affidabilità .
