È un piccolo parcheggio e qui è già difficile normalmente trovare un posto, ma risulta pressoché impossibile trovarlo, per esempio, durante i giorni in cui Cremona ospita la fiera del gusto ("Bontà"), i "Giovedì d'estate", o, ancora peggio, la "Festa del torrone", infatti, insieme al parcheggio Massarotti (anch'esso a pagamento, ma più vasto).
