R	Rita Di Battista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito del servizio del Parcheggio Portuense dal 21 al 28 agosto scorsi, quando ho lasciato la mia auto per una breve vacanza a Ponza. Fin dall'arrivo il servizio è stato puntuale ed efficiente ma la cosa che mi ha piacevolvemente sorpresa è stato il trattamento riservatomi al ritorno, quando, nonostante le precauzioni prese dal personale del Parcheggio, ho trovato la mia auto priva dei copricerchi. Ero veramente contrariata; li avevo appena cambiati inseguito ad un furto e non pensavo potesse accadere di nuovo in un parcheggio sorvegliato. Alle mie rimostranze l'addetto presente al Porto, ha immediatamente chiamato il titolare, sig. Pasquale, che si è scusato per l'accaduto e mi ha detto che una volta visti i filmati delle telecamere di videosorveglianza presenti in ogni angolo del parcheggio del Porto, mi avrebbe fatto sapere qualcosa e mi avrebbe rimborsato. Sinceramente, una volta lasciato il Porto, non pensavo mai di riavere i miei soldi ma il sig. Pasquale, prima mi ha telefonato chiedendomi quando avevo pagato i copricerchi e qualche giorno dopo mi ha bonificato l'importo. E questo, a fronte di una tariffa settimanale pagata di soli soli 50,00 euro. Lo voglio ringraziare ancora per avermi fatto ricredere sulla professionalità e l'onestà di alcune categorie, molto spesso vittime di pregiudizi. I made use of the Portuense Parking service from 21 to 28 August, when I left my car for a short holiday in Ponza. Since the arrival the service has been punctual and efficient but the thing that pleasantly surprised me was the treatment reserved for me on my return, when, despite the precautions taken by the Parking staff, I found my car without the wheel covers. I was really upset; I had just changed them in pursuit of a theft and I didn't think it could happen again in a guarded parking lot. To my grievances the attendant present at the Port, immediately called the owner, sig. Pasquale, who apologized for what happened and told me that once he saw the videos of the video surveillance cameras present in every corner of the parking lot of the Port, he would have let me know something and would have refunded me. Honestly, once I left the port, I never thought of getting my money back but Mr. Pasquale first phoned me asking when I had paid the wheel covers and a few days later he reclaimed the amount. And this, against a weekly rate paid of only 50.00 euros. I want to thank him again for making me change my mind about the professionalism and honesty of some categories, very often victims of prejudice.

Siamo arrivati alla biglietteria traghetti abbiamo a lasciato l'auto al personale e dopo una settimana al nostro ritorno da Ponza in 10 minuti siamo ripartiti. Meglio di così !! Excellent service. We arrived at the ferry ticket office we left the car to the staff and after a week on our return from Ponza in 10 minutes we left. Better than this !!

Arrivati al porto ha voluto 40 euro e senza troppe spiegazioni. Molto arrogante e prepotente. BAD EXPERIENCE. Mr. Pasquale told me the amount of 30 euros for 3 days. Confirmed by mail. E	Emilio Scafetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio vicinissimo al porto, video sorvegliato h 24, custodito, prezzi nella norma, personale gentile, cortese e disponibile,abbiamo telefonato 10 minuti prima di arrivare in porto dove appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Pasquale che ha subito preso in consegna il nostro veicolo, al ritorno in 5 minuti ci ha riconsegnato la vettura,consigliatissimo, Parking very close to the port, video surveillance h 24, guarded, prices in the standard, friendly, courteous and helpful staff, we phoned 10 minutes before arriving at the port where as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Pasquale who immediately took delivery of our vehicle, on the way back in 5 minutes he returned the car to us, highly recommended,

Troviamo la macchina incastrata tra altre due macchine, non potevamo aprire le portiere per andarcene quindi abbiamo chiesto al ragazzo se gentilmente ci spostava una delle 2 macchine e ci ha risposto che lui non poteva farci nulla e non aveva la possibilità di aprire la cassaforte con le altre chiavi. Morale? Siamo dovuti passare per il cofano della macchina ed entrare in macchina. Panic experience? We find the car stuck between two other cars, we couldn't open the doors to leave so we asked the guy if he kindly moved us one of the 2 cars and he replied that he couldn't do anything about it and didn't have the possibility to open the safe with the other keys. Moral? We had to go through the hood of the car and get into the car.

La gestione, indaffarata per i molti impegni rischia di apparire speditiva ma ho verificato direttamente la loro grande disponibilità visto che mentre ero in vacanza a Ponza hanno gentilmente portato la mia auto in officina solo previo accordo telefonico. Davvero gentili e per nulla costosi. Ci tornerei senza esitazioni. Parking is really close to the ferry port and therefore very convenient. The management, busy due to the many commitments, risks appearing expeditious but I have directly verified their great availability since while I was on holiday in Ponza they kindly brought my car to the workshop only by telephone agreement. Really nice and not expensive at all. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Al rientro a casa ho scoperto che mi era stato derubato un paio di occhiali da sole di nota marca che tenevo nella tasca dello sportello. Ho avvisato telefonicamente il proprietario sig. Pasquale che si è detto molto sorpreso e dispiaciuto e mi ha assicurato che avrebbe controllato le telecamere di sorveglianza e mi avrebbe ricontattato. Non si è più fatto sentire. I used the parking from 29.05.21 to 01.06.21. Upon returning home I discovered that I had been stolen from a pair of well-known brand sunglasses that I kept in the pocket of the counter. I notified the owner Mr. Pasquale who said he was very surprised and sorry and assured me that he would check the surveillance cameras and contact me again. He never made himself heard again.

La targa davanti non c’era più, magicamente caduta, quando il meccanico ha confermato che è stata strappata via! Non hanno riconosciuto il danno, quando la responsabilità era loro, inoltre molto arroganti fino all’ultimo. Zio per 20 euro potevo anche offrirci un aperitivo.
