 A good place to start your journey on route 215 to Lago di Sorapis. However, if you drive up the asphalt road, you will find a parking lot along the road, closer to the entrance to the main road to Lago di Sorapis ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparcamiento gratuito sin acondicionar, de tierra. Muy amplio. Llegue un jueves a las 12.00 y todavía había bastante sitio. Para hacer la ruta al lago de Sorapis hay que caminar por la cuesta de tierra hacia el hotel y desde allí bajar por la carretera hacia la derecha unos 200 m hasta encontrar la indicación de comienzo de la ruta.
Free, unconditioned, ground parking. Very spacious. I arrived on a Thursday at 12.00 and there was still plenty of room. To make the route to the Sorapis lake, you have to walk along the dirt slope towards the hotel and from there go down the road to the right for about 200 m until you find the indication of the beginning of the route.

Walk a bit long to get there, but worth it, the lake is beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not where the trail to Lago Sorapis starts, that starts at the main road, next to the B&B. Quite a lot of space here. We arrived at 5.45h and it was emptying, except for a couple of vans and campers who stayed there for the night. When we came back from the lake, around 13th there were a lot more cars but it still wasn't full. I recommend you btw to start early! When we headed back to the car between 11 - 13h we literally came across hundreds of hikers (saturday morning in August).
