Mi hanno promesso al telefono e per email la restituzione dell'importo per la prenotazione aggiuntiva e poi hanno cambiato idea negandomi il dovuto rimborso per un servizio non goduto. I would like to point out to all visitors the lack of correctness of the structure. Due to a malfunction of their website, 2 bookings were made. They promised me on the phone and by email the refund of the amount for the additional booking and then they changed their mind by denying me the due refund for a service not enjoyed.
