La signora si presentò in modo cordiale (e forse un po' affettato) e, subito, data la mia lunga prenotazione del parcheggio di 15 giorni, senza alcuna mia richiesta, mi offrí un giorno omaggio. Arrivato sul posto ,mi su presentó davanti tutt'altra persona, assolutamente scortese nei modi, che neanche salutó e che, in maniera assolutamente poco seria, fece come per dimenticarsi del giorno da lei offertomi. Al ritiro del veicolo, però, oltre la cifra pattuita in partenza, mi mostrò uno scontrino di 10€ per la riparazione di una ruota della mia auto, ruota che era in perfette condizioni quando io la consegna e che, invece, lei sosteneva fosse forata. Come prova di ciò, mi mostrò un foto della ruota smontata, ma dove era indistinguibile se ci fosse o meno un buco. Pagai i 10€ per evitare questioni e per scappare dal quel posto il prima possibile. In conclusione, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Con il senno di poi, prenderei un parcheggio anche molto più lontano. I contacted the owner of the car park in question as the latter was the closest to the port. Il problema è aver ritrovato l'auto senza un pezzo che sorregge il pannello copri bagagliaio posteriore e non aver alcuna prova per testimoniare il danno subito. Qualcuno ha sicuramente aperto il bagagliaio ed é saltato via il pezzo. Ora il pannello dell'auto non si alza più automaticamente all'apertura del bagagliaglio e andró in assistenza a ricomprare il pezzo mancante. La domanda é perchè aprire il porta bagagli??? Era necessario per spostare l'auto nel parcheggio? Secondo fatto anomalo: avevo lasciato del vino nel capannone del parcheggio. Peccato che al ritorno una bottiglia é stata sottratta da una delle scatole. La signora alla reception tuttavia é stata gentile e piacevole. Chi lavora con lei peró non é stato altrettanto corretto.
