Prima di uscire si mette il biglietto in una cassa automatica e si paga. Poi si mostra il biglietto per uscire. In più c é il custode che è una persona davvero gentile. Tariffe giuste (sono come quelle delle strisce blu) e sopratutto piena disponibilità accoglienza e simpatia del personale. Viaggiando con la moto in impossibilità di trovare i posti parcheggio per i mezzi a due ruote (non ci sono previsti a Benevento) ci siamo rivolti al gestore del parcheggio FI.Vi. Al "modico" prezzo di 15€ a notte per una moto senza ricevuta, si può pagare solo in contanti, fattura negata...Assolutamente da evitare!!!! I leave a comment that reflects REALITY. Traveling with the motorbike and unable to find parking spaces for two-wheeled vehicles (there are not provided in Benevento) we contacted the parking manager FI.Vi. At the "modest" price of 15 € per night for a motorcycle without a receipt, you can only pay in cash, invoice denied ... Absolutely to be avoided !!!!

When we wanted to leave the parking the next day, the guy from the parking told us to pay directly at him. This already seemed to be strange because there was the automat where you can pay. The guy told us that we have to pay 34€ (which is more than double price). We think he wanted to let us pay more just because we had a german plate!! My boyfriend is from Italy and he started to speak in Italian with the guy. He said that we called before and that the price should be 15€. And than the guy just said: "ok, 15€ is fine". So fortunately we payed just 15€. But we are very angry! This is absolutely not nice!! He was not honest and professional!!! We stayed another night at benevento but we parked on the street close to our hotel (this is for free at the weekend and seems to be secure and calm). We didn't want to park there another day and will never park there again!!!!!!! The only positive thing is that the parking is close to the city centre and looks safe and well controlled. Maybe people from Italy who have an italian plate are treated better. But people from abroad should be very careful not to pay more than they have to!!! 34€ per day!???!!! Seriously???!!!!! Very bad and disappointing experience in Italy!!!
