★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked here for three nights during our stay in Florence. Villa Costanza is a spacious and clean parking lot, with a nice cafetaria. The direct tram to Florence leaves every 4 (!) minutes, with plenty of space for your luggage.
Additionally, they count your parking time in sum (e.g. 2 days and 20 hours). So: parking here from Monday 2 pm till Thursday 10 am qualifies as 3 days (21 euros). Other garages count this as 4 days.
A smooth parking experience, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good option to park. Save parking. Take the tram to the central railwaystation. Tram tiquets, just at the stop from wehere the tram departs, €1.50. A 20 min ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to park for the day if visiting Florence. Very well organised except for only one ticket machine for the tram journey which meant a 20 minute line. No other way to pay as far as I could see. No NFC using credit card or mobile phone like in London, which would have made it much easier to travel. I've included a picture of a line of people waiting for the one ticket machine. EDIT ~ After using this park and ride a few times, a good tip for getting tram tickets is to go through the turnstiles and go to the tram platforms where there are two further ticket machines, one on each platform.
Latitude and longitude for car park entrance is 43.75372, 11.17244. At the first barrier pay the toll road exit fee, then drive around a small traffic island to the car park entrance ticket machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible to wait for anything in there, as the only places to sit aren't properly covered, and have only concrete banks which are the absolute coldest material, turning it impossible to even find a place to sit there during the winter.
Nothing nearby stays open past 10pm either, so if you are waiting for your bus, tram, or whatever past then you can't even get something to eat, or a place to warm up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FlixBus stops here for passengers going Florence. Need to take tram for a 20+ min trip (€1.5) to city center/Main Railway Station. Pleasant ride. There is a nice, clean spacious Café here selling food and drinks.
