Ho contattato il rivenditore e mi hanno fatto arrivare a casa un loro tecnico, il quale mi ha riferito che avendo speso così poco era normale avere qualche difetto sulla superficie del quarzo. Ho scritto alla casa madre, ma mi hanno risposto che non era un difetto ma era tutto normale e che non c'erano gli estremi per la sostituzione.
Adesso per far valere un mio diritto, devo solo rivolgermi ad un tribunale con grossi aggravi di spesa.
A voi le condiderazioni, io la sconsiglio vivamente.
I bought a kitchen, paying for it over 10,000 euros, and after a few months some white spots appeared on the top. I contacted the dealer and they sent one of their technicians to my house, who told me that having spent so little it was normal to have some defects on the surface of the quartz. I wrote to the parent company, but they replied that it was not a defect but everything was normal and that there were no details for replacement.
Now to assert my right, I just have to go to a court with large cost increases.
To you the considerations, I strongly advise against it.
