Inguardabili i capelli femminili, legati sicuramente, ma senza cuffiette, non un camice o grembiule, senza guanti e per di più con manicure (unghie lunghissime e smaltatissime alla moda) da esporre quasi insieme ai pasticcini in vetrina (che per legge chi lavora in locali del genere nemmeno può averle le unghie). Danno poca sicurezza di igiene, solo per questo ho messo una stella perché non ho visto cura e attenzione nel personale che fa servizio al banco. Do due stelle perché per ben 2 volte sono andato di sera per prendere i cornetti , ho raccomandato ai ragazzi di non mettere quelli vecchi perché duri e di brutto sapore, ma puntualmente mi sono ritrovato all'interno della confezione una volta due pezzi e la seconda 1 pezzo. Posso garantire che non si sono sbagliati perché anche al tatto si sente benissimo quello vecchio e quello fresco. Non fa niente, alla fine ho risolto non andando più li .... semplice.
