Arrivo al parcheggio alle 6,45 e trovo il cancello chiuso. Chiamo sul fisso e mi risponde la segreteria telefonica. Chiamo sul cellulare e mi risponde la segreteria telefonica. Per non perdere il volo sono costretto a dirottare presso altro parcheggio più serio. Sono arrivato giusto in tempo x fare il check in. Credo che non siano necessari ulteriori commenti. Prerequisite: parking booked and paid for about 2 weeks before the flight. Airplane departure at 8.20. I arrive at the car park at 6.45 am and find the gate closed. Ci sono due addette al servizio di noleggio che per fare ciò che altrove hanno fatto in 10 minuti impiegano 6 volte tanto, anche se la vettura è stata già prenotata su internet! Sul sito inoltre si parla genericamente di carte di credito, in realtà per noleggiare l'auto serve obbligatoriamente la carta di credito e obbligatoriamente di chi ha effettuato la prenotazione! Prenotata auto a Catania tramite il broker DiscoverCars (fornitore di servizi SurPrice) ed arrivato a destinazione, dopo due ore di attesa in una piazzola a 40 gradi con moglie e bambina di 6 anni al seguito una signorina tanto... gentile di nome Alessandra, se non sbaglio, ci dice che avevano venduto in overbooking e che quindi l'automobile per me non c'era e semplicemente mi dovevo arrangiare. In tutto ciò il broker DiscoverCars aveva disabilitato il numero di telefono per emergenze indicato sul contratto per eccessivo traffico (??!!). Cosa c'entra ParkinGo??? Proprio di fianco a SurPrice, nello stesso fabbricato, porta a porta, c'era ParkinGo che casualmente la macchina l'aveva; peccato che l'ha proposta a 1.600 euro (senza assicurazione) quando la mia prenotazione iniziale era a 500 euro... Inoltre la signorina di ParkinGo ha specificato in modo antipatico a mia moglie: "sig.ra 1.600 euro senza assicurazione vuol dire che poi ogni graffio vi costerà 200 euro!!!". Ovviamente li ho mandati a quel paese, sono dovuto tornare all'aeroporto e chiamare un transfer. Successivamente ho prenotato con calma in hotel un'autovettura a 600 euro. Ho avuto un bel danno economico ma almeno non mi sono fatto truffare. Questa la mia esperienza che spero sia utile ad altri viaggiatori. My experience with ParkinGO was very bad. Alla consegna hanno controllato la vettura al buio e abbiamo segnalato altri piccoli danni, mentre alla riconsegna sono stati molto attenti con una torcia. Inltr l'addetto alla reception è stato sgarbato e poco cortese. Lascio la mia auto per andare in aereoporto. Ottimo il servizio di prenotazione e pagamento online. Utilizzo anche l'app per il cellulare. La consegna dell'auto avviene sempre velocemente e il personale è pronto a dare tutte le necessarie spiegazioni. La navetta impiega non più di dieci minuti per portarmi alle partenze. L'autista è sempre molto cortese. Al rientro è possibile chiamare telefonicamente la navetta che arriva in tempi rapidi. Diverse volte sono rientrato in ritardo (anche di due o tre ore) a causa dei ritardi dei voli ma la navetta è sempre stata puntuale ! The shuttle despite calling the office was nowhere to be found for an hour and we ended up taking a cab (20€). Others were in a similar spot but unfortunately had to pay more for cab services from the airport so I suppose we were lucky.
