★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata presa in giro dalle dottoresse io avevo chiesto una crema elasticizzante della rilastil e mi hanno dato un tubetto da 75 ml al costo di 25 euro sostenendo che era un prodotto nuovo - ottima crema-ma ho scoperto che il prodotto esisteva da tempo e le altre farmacie vendono tubo da 200 ml rilastil elasticizzante al costo di circa 37 euro (applicando solito sconto del 10%)(stesso prodotto)
I was made fun of by the doctors I had asked for an elasticizing cream from rilastil and they gave me a 75 ml tube at a cost of 25 euros claiming that it was a new product - excellent cream - but I found out that the product had existed for some time and the other pharmacies sell 200 ml rilastil elasticizing tube at a cost of about 37 euros (usually applying 10% discount) (same product)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima parafarmacia, mediamente gentili e attenti al cliente, se non fosse per un uomo che lavora o è il proprietario non mi è molto chiaro. Sono una cliente abituale da anni, ma non c'è stata 1 volta che quest'uomo si è rivolto con cortesia o garbatezza, sempre molto scontroso e risponde a monologhi. Mi sento solo di consigliare un pò più di attenzione, in una parafarmacia, a differenza di una farmacia, mi aspetto più consulenza o consigli da parte dei lavoratori... In generale però si trova tutto e subito.
Excellent parapharmacy, on average kind and attentive to the customer, if it were not for a man who works or is the owner it is not very clear to me. I have been a regular customer for years, but there has not been 1 time that this man has addressed with courtesy or politeness, always very grumpy and responds to monologues. I just feel like advising a little more attention, in a parapharmacy, unlike a pharmacy, I expect more advice or advice from workers ... In general, however, everything is found immediately.
