L’ultimo ordine veramente disastroso... il pacco arriva distrutto e completamente bagnato da sciroppo...prodotto da me ordinato! Sto chiamando da giorni ma nessuno ovviamente risponde, nessun assistenza!! Mi ritrovo ora con un prodotto i meno e con tutti gli altri prodotti senza scatola sporchi, da ripulire... per non parlare del profumo che avevo ordinato, è arrivato ma l’erogatore non pesca il profumo e quindi in pratica è da buttare. Farmae promette pronta consegna. a tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto la merce, il call center non mi richiama, alle mail non rispondono. sconsiglio assolutamente Bad experience. Sappiate che siete voi a generare la lettera di vettura e a preparare l'ordine, se rispettate i tempi i corrieri se pur pessimi come SDA rispettano i tempi di consegna. Quindi è una presa in giro bella e buona. Per risparmiare 10/15€ aspetto il pacco dal 3 novembre. Oggi vi do l'ultima possibilità, poi vedrò di disdire l'ordine. Pure al corriere risultava che dentro il pacco di fossero 2 prodotti e non e quindi è stato un errore loro. Tra l'altro un prodotto da 50 euro. Ho scritto alla mail, nessuna risposta, ho chiamato, nessuna risposta. Davvero una vergogna! I placed an order for 3 products. Shipping in short times as declared BUT A PRODUCT IS MISSING !!! Also to the courier it appeared that inside the package there were 2 products and not and therefore it was their mistake. Among other things, a 50 euro product. I wrote to the mail, no answer, I called, no answer. Really a shame!

I prezzi erano vantaggiosi qualche tempo fa, adesso sempre più in linea con le farmacie. Non acquisterò più.
